The CPMG Group applies General Sales Conditions which are aimed to simplify negotiations and to rationalize the handling of contracts and contract relations.

For each country in the CPMG Group a specific country version is applicable and available.

Any technical assistance or advice provided by the China Pioneer New Material Group Ltd, either written or oral, are subject to CPMG's General Conditions for Technical Assistance and Advice which can be viewed by clicking the link below.

General Conditions For Service

Any services provided in respect to machinery and equipment to the Customer are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and in the Scope of Works.

Conditions Of Agreement To Hire Equipment

Any equipment provided on hire by CPMG is subject to the conditions of the Agreement to Hire Equipment.
